My cousin Jack turn's 3 years old!!!!

You know I love my parties...(just like Daddy). My cousin Jack hit the big 3 years old a week or so ago and he had a party at his house. It was the best fun. I just love birthday parties , or any parties for that matter. Aunty Em made a great "race car track, number 3 cake"!!!!! She was very, very clever, look out Mummy there is some competition in the cake making stakes!!!!!!
Here we all are playing a game called..."pass the parcel"!

Luc had a good time as well....even if Mummy does think he is "hard work" at times!!!!! here is a picture of Luc, he got caught pinching a biscuit off the table AND then running to a place he wouldn't get caught.......hmmm, looks like you got caught buster....photos to prove it and all! (by the way....doesn't matter how cute you are now doing stuff like this....sooner or later you start to get in trouble for it...anyway, just a warning from your big sis that's all!!!!)

Jack loved his cake! Of course Iam right beside him to help him with blowing out the candles...all 3 of them!!!!
It was a great day and as Mummy says........"I just can't believe he is 3 already!!!

Hello everyone,

It's been a busy week. I have been on school holidays all week with one week left to go....yippee !!!!

Last Monday I went to the Zoo with Jack, Sari, Aunty Em, Nanny, Grandpa and of course, Mummy and Luc!!!

It was Luc and Sari's first time at the Zoo and I was really excited to see what Luc thought of all the animals. He was so funny! He loved it all and can you believe he walked the whole way around the zoo grounds. We spent almost 4 hours there and Luc walked everywhere ....if not running!
His favourites were the pelicans, orang utans, monkey's, penguin's, crocodile.......actually just like Jack and I he loved all the animals. Sari was quite happy being wheeled around in her pram. Unfortunaltely we couldn't see the tigers or lions very well as they were hiding a bit and so were the giraffes and zebras and orang utans.

I also like the snakes and spiders and nocturnal creatures!

It was a beautiful day and we all had a great time walking around and having a picnic lunch and after almost 4 hours....this happened......

Luc finally "conked out" and fell asleep....(only for 20 minutes though)ha ha....he doesn't like to miss out on anything!!!!! Sari slept as well! Then it was time to go home. I can't wait to come to the Zoo again!

I'll be back to tell you what else I hva ebeen doing in the holidays!
Love Sophie

Back from Rottnest Island

We had the best fun ever on holiday in Rottnest. It was so good I asked Mummy if we could make it our house and stay forever!!! We had our own little unit and our friends had their own close by and I was able to ride my bike to their houses all the time by myself!!!!! We went to the beach everyday, mostly to "The Basin" or "Pinkies" beach but one day we caught the bus to "Salmon Bay" which was a beautiful beach.

Unfortunately Luc really didn't like the bus and had what Mummy and Daddy call....."an expression session", otherwise known as a "massive toddler tantrum". Mummy sure was getting "the look" especially as the bus was full of American tourists. I guess those American babies don't behave like my little brother because they were giving mummy the "what is up with that baby look". Yep, he was pretty crazy on the bus as he has never been on a bus before. The bus ride took 12 minutes although Mummy told Daddy later (as he wasn't on the bus) that is felt like hours!!!!!!! We were with lots of our friends so when it was time to go back Mummy decided she wasn't risking the tantrum again and she walked all the way back and it took her 1.5 hours. I came back on the bus with our friends and I LOVED it, I have no idea what Luc's problem was.....probably the usual though...(Tired) Mummy didn't mind because Luc had a great sleep in the pram walking back and there were lots of nice beaches to look at along the way.

Here are some photos......
Hanging out outside our unit.

Ella, Luc and I playing with the "quokkas". Rottnest Island is the only place in the whole world that has quokkas. They are a cross between a kangaroo and a possum I think.....they are very cute and they come out at night and hop everywhere.

Daddy having a relaxing time at the beach watching Luc and I playing....

Me on my bike going so fast I am almost blurry!!!! Luc trying hard again to be a big boy and putting Dad's bike helmet on.

Playing at "The Basin"

Luc thinking he is a "cool dude" in his sunnies.
Ella and I......
All of us kids playing on the tennis courts....

Luc climbing everything....(again). Doing his "flamingo impersonation" !!!!!
So it's back to school again for another week and then guess what.....I am on school holidays for 2 weeks.....yippeee, more fun!
